Description
Function
-
Back counter molding which is also called the first lasting, is the process to shape the heel part of a shoe upper.
-
The key focus is to fuse the outer upper material with the thermoplastic counter.
-
All this must be done in a 3D shape that fits the shoe lasting mold without deformations, distortions and wrinkles.
-
In order to prevent quality issues arising from deformations, the back counter must be fully compressed.
Advantages
-
KD-BCM4H has been designed for maximum versatility in order to produce shoes of many materials and levels of complexity.
